PAYMENTS
The Platform provides access to a self-paced online course, digital content, and downloadable educational resources for individuals seeking financial guidance and support. Access is offered upon a one-time payment (or, where offered, an approved installment/payment plan through Kajabi) for the course package you select. Payment must be made in full, or in accordance with the agreed payment plan, before or as a condition of access to the Platform, unless otherwise agreed by the Company. Except as set out in the "EU/UK Right of Withdrawal — Digital Content"; section below, no refunds will be granted under any circumstances, including but not limited to dissatisfaction, lack of use, or personal financial circumstances, except as otherwise expressly stated at the time of purchase or as required by applicable law. No cooling-off period applies once payment is made and access is granted, other than as set out in that section for eligible EU, EEA, and UK consumers.
Where a payment plan is offered and selected by you, you authorise the Platform to automatically charge your selected payment method on the agreed instalment schedule until paid in full. Failure to complete instalment payments may result in suspension of your access to the course until payment is brought current.
All Product purchases shall be concluded on the Platform via Kajabi's payment processing (which may include Stripe and/or PayPal), in the currency Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) or US dollars ($), and your credit or debit card will be charged at the time the purchase is made. The prices for Products shall be displayed on the Platform. An invoice shall be issued at checkout and shall be inclusive of all applicable
taxes, applicable discounts or promotional offers, and any bank charges if applicable.

EU/UK RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL — DIGITAL CONTENT
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, European Economic Area, or United Kingdom, you may ordinarily have a statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason (the "Withdrawal Period";), under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and/or the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges)
Regulations 2013, as applicable.
However, this statutory right of withdrawal does not apply, and is lost, once the digital content has begun to be supplied, provided that:
(a) you have given your prior express consent to immediate access to and performance of the course content and/or PDF resources before the end of the 14-day Withdrawal Period; and
(b) you have acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once such performance begins.
By completing your purchase and checking the applicable consent box at checkout, you expressly request and consent to immediate access to the course content and/or PDF resources, and you acknowledge and agree that, by doing so, you lose your right to withdraw from the purchase once access has been granted.
If you are an EU, EEA, or UK consumer and you complete your purchase without such express consent being obtained at checkout, or if access to the digital content has not yet been granted to you, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within the 14-day Withdrawal Period by notifying us in writing at [email protected]. Where validly exercised, we will reimburse you without undue delay, and in any event within 14 days of being informed of your decision to withdraw, using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise.
Nothing in this section, or in the "No refunds"; language elsewhere in these Terms, is intended to limit or exclude any statutory right that cannot lawfully be excluded under the law of your country of residence. Where a conflict arises between this section and any other provision of these Terms regarding refunds, this section shall prevail solely to the extent required to comply with applicable EU, EEA, or UK
consumer protection law.
